Frederick Coaching Services Framework
Each engagement is tailored to the client and their goals. The coaching framework involves the following transformational phases to foster a successful transition. A typical length of an engagement is 6 to 12 months.
Initial Meeting
This time is dedicated to laying the foundation for our confidential engagement. We will discuss your goals and expectations for coaching. We will establish how we will work together and discuss the involvement of stakeholders.
Exploration
Through validated, fact-based data and assessments, you will reflect on your strengths and opportunities. You will appreciate how you got here, your values and cultural landscape. You will assess what is expected of you going forward.
Goal Setting
You will define what success looks like. With clarified expectations, values, and impact, you will prioritize and establish clear goals for your desired results. You will design an environment to accomplish these goals.
Measure Of Success
You will establish standards to measure progress through key milestones and objective ways to demonstrate that they have been achieved. You will establish a feedback cadence to objectively assess progress.
Development & Action Plans
You will create a development plan to achieve your goals focusing on strengths, building new skills, and mitigating derailers. You will develop an action plan with deliberate steps to effectively achieve your goals.
Sustainability Plan
True transitions involve the adoption of sustainable behaviors and perspectives. We will conclude the coaching engagement with a plan to foster intentional actions to sustain and build on your growth mindset.
